How it usually goes
- A quick look. We talk through how your business runs today and where the time goes. You leave with two or three specific things worth automating, whether you hire me or not.
- Build it. I set up the automations or AI tools, test them on your real work, and hand them over with plain-English instructions.
- Keep it running. Optional ongoing help as your business and the tools change.
